Measurable Progress

See yourself improving. We track what you learn each week so you know exactly where you stand.

How Our Program Works

A straightforward approach to learning French that actually sticks.

01

Assessment

We’ll figure out where you’re starting from. No judgment — everyone begins as a beginner. This helps us match you with the right group and pace.

02

Structured Learning

Each week focuses on real topics — ordering food, introducing yourself, asking for directions. We teach vocabulary in context, not isolated lists.

03

Practice & Feedback

You’ll speak from day one. Instructors give you feedback on pronunciation, grammar, and confidence so you improve faster.

04

Review & Progress

Monthly check-ins show you what you’ve learned. Most students see noticeable improvement within 8-12 weeks.

Who This Program Is For

Whether you’re learning French for work, travel, family connections, or pure curiosity — you’ve come to the right place. We’ve designed this for busy Canadian adults who want real results without academic pressure.

You don’t need any previous French knowledge. If you can say “bonjour,” you’re ready. We’ll take it from there and build your confidence week by week.

Our instructors aren’t just language experts — they remember what it was like to be a beginner. They know where you’ll struggle (tricky R sounds, anyone?) and they’ve got strategies that work.

Questions About Learning French

Find answers to what people ask us most.

How long does it take to speak basic French?

Most beginners can hold simple conversations within 8-12 weeks of consistent practice. You’ll start speaking from lesson one — even if it’s just ordering coffee. Real progress depends on how often you practice and how much you engage with the material outside class.

Do I need any prior French knowledge?

No. Zero. Nada. We start from absolute beginner level and assume you know nothing. If you’ve never studied French before, you’re in the right place. Everyone in beginner classes is starting fresh.

Is Canadian French different from European French?

Yes, and we focus on Canadian French specifically. Vocabulary, pronunciation, and expressions are different. You’ll learn what you actually hear on Montreal streets and in Toronto offices, not what they speak in Paris.

Can I learn French if I’m too busy?

We’ve designed this for busy people. Classes fit into evening and weekend schedules. Even 30 minutes of practice daily works better than cramming on weekends. We’ll help you find a rhythm that fits your life.

What if I fall behind or move slower?

Everyone learns at their own pace. Instructors work with you individually. If you need to repeat material or take a week slower, that’s fine. We don’t push people into advanced content before they’re ready.

Will I actually use this French?

Yes. We teach real-world situations — ordering food, asking directions, small talk, job interviews. You won’t memorize grammar rules that never come up. Every lesson is something you’ll actually use in Canada.
